Return & Refund Policy

What can be returned

This policy applies to physical products purchased from BLK Wax Bar online. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with any seals intact. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for a change of mind for hygiene reasons. This restriction does not prevent you from contacting us about a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

How to request a return

1. Email kaelakaren@blkwaxbar.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your request.
2. Wait for approval and return-by-mail instructions, including the return address, before sending your package. Do not send products back without contacting us first.
3. Pack approved items securely in their original packaging and mail them using the instructions provided. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Return shipping costs

For approved change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. The cost depends on the carrier and service you choose. BLK Wax Bar covers return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect orders; contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate return instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact kaelakaren@blkwaxbar.com as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging where possible. We will review the issue and arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate, including any required return shipping at our expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if you need help checking its status.
